Context

Developed during my master's degree in graphic arts, this project focused on mastering the workflow in Blender. Key areas of interest included hard surface modeling, photorealistic texturing, and lighting setups designed to enhance the object's volume. It marks a crucial step in my transition from 2D graphic design to 3D visualization.

Solution

  • Structure and modeling: Creating clean, organic, or geometric shapes that support the visual composition.
  • Materialitatea (shading & texturing): I experimented with the physics of digital materials, creating intentional contrasts between glossy and matte surfaces, rough textures, and translucent materials (such as glass or plastic).
  • Iluminarea (lighting): I used studio-style lighting setups to sculpt shapes from the shadows, highlighting fine details and bringing textures to life.

Result
